Charley signed for Gresford Athletic at the start of the 2023/24 season from Aberystwyth Town. The midfielder, who can also play as a winger, has plenty of experience in both England in Wales and has also earned himself international caps for Wales U16s and Wales U17s. He was a youth player at Swansea City, Stoke City and Everton, before signing for Colchester United, where he made an appearance in the 2016/17 Sky Bet League Two. He has also played for Maldon & Tiptree, Leamington, Needham Market, Marine and Cefn Druids.
