Gresford Athletic have today confirmed their First Team retained list ahead of the 2024/25 season.

As announced throughout the last month, a total of 15 First Team players have committed to staying at the club for the upcoming campaign.

Lewis Dutton has agreed to sign for The Colliers on a permanent basis after spending the second half of the 2023/24 season on loan from Airbus UK Broughton, alongside Elliott Orton, who is also joining from The Wingmakers. Matthew Worrall is also set to re-join the club from Denbigh Town ahead of next season.

Joe Chaplin departs after a third spell at Gresford Athletic, totalling 58 appearances in all competitions and scoring 28 goals, whilst Callum Mannion also leaves the club after playing 13 games and netting one goal since joining in January 2024.

Jordan Pownall returns to Connah's Quay Nomads following the expiry of his loan, tallying up 14 appearances in all competitions and earning one Man of the Match award in his time at Gresford Athletic.
