Gresford Athletic have today completed the signing of Ryan Dacey from Rhostyllen.

This is the club's fourth signing of the 2021/22 January transfer window and the second signing of the day.

The defender started his career at Brymbo Lodge, before signing for 13-time JD Cymru Premier Champions The New Saints in 2016.

Ryan continued to progress throughout The New Saints Academy, earning some Player of the Month awards in his age groups during his time there.

However, the 19-year-old took the chance to play men's competitive football with Rhostyllen, signing for the club in the 2020/21 season.

He has made 16 appearances so far during the 2021/22 season so far, soidifying his space in the Rhostyllen First Team squad.

He leaves Rhostyllen in ninth place of the 2021/22 Lock Stock Ardal North West table and signs for Gresford Athletic.
