Gresford Athletic are pleased to confirm that the club have today been granted their FAW Men's Tier 2 License for the 2025/26 season by the First Instance Body.

This means that the First Team will continue to play in the JD Cymru North during the upcoming campaign for a club-record 10th consecutive year.

Thank you to the club's Committee for their hard work, time and effort during the licensing period every season to ensure that Gresford Athletic continue to play in the second tier of Welsh football year after year.

Another thank you goes to Airbus UK Broughton, who have allowed us to play at The Hollingsworth Group Stadium for another season. We really appreciate their support and the great relationship between the two clubs is a blessing.
