The club's First Team are currently groundsharing, outside of Wrexham, with Airbus UK Broughton at The Hollingsworth Group Stadium. This comes after the team's exit from Clappers Lane during the 2022/23 season, in which the groundshare was initially with Cefn Druids at The Rock, before the move to the Broughton-based stadium in September 2024.

We are enjoying a fantastic working relationship with The Wingmakers, who came in to provide the team with a fantastic facility to play football, and we are also delighted that our Development Team continues to play at Clappers Lane in Gresford, with our Under 17s and Gresford Athletic Junior Football Club still playing within Wrexham, too.

However, as our club continues to grow, having our own dedicated facility is becoming more and more crucial to our progression. We need a base of our own that we can build from as a football club and cement our roots back into our own city.

Having our own ground would allow us to:

Provide a stable home for our teams
Develop local talent with better training opportunities
Host more community events and matches
Secure the future of grassroots football in Gresford

The club have been working tirelessly to secure and produce a permanent home ground, back in Wrexham. This has been a process that has been ongoing for some time, but unfortunately, finding the suitable location is a difficult task.
